To celebrate fall with a Halloween flair, the Yellow House Community Arts Center will host the “Josiah Howell-O-Ween Day” festival in honor of the founding family of Howell County. The event will feature vendors, music, costume and pumpkin-decorating contests, carnival-style games and other family-fun activities in and around the Yellow House and on sections of Langston and Trish Knight Streets.
