Real Estate Downtown
West Plains Downtown provides a FREE service that places you in front of building owners and property managers in the Downtown district. If you are interested in opening a business or purchasing real estate in the downtown area, we are here to help. The following lists include commercial properties that are currently available for lease and for sale. Contact us if there is a property you would like to see or if you have specific needs for your business. We will work with you to find space to support it.
